Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Data Specialist with a strong focus on data entry to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of reputed company, any ERP system, and proficiency in reputed company Office. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance reputed company organizational and legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Maintenance
- Review and input employee master data into reputed company and reputed company Costpoint, ensuring compliance with company policy as well as local, state and federal regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company.
- Employee Support
- Address basic payroll-reputed company inquiries from employees and escalate reputed company issues as needed.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hire payroll data is entered correctly.
- Systems Utilization
- Work with reputed company and an ERP system to manage payroll data and generate reports as needed.

- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure payroll processes align with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications
