• Engage in non-promotional, truthful, evidenced-based, and non-misleading communications with KOLs/HCPs using educational materials approved by the Medical Review Committee (MRC).

• Draft, execute, monitor & adapt independent US MSL Stakeholder Engagement Plans for reputed company KOLs/HCPs on an ongoing basis in alignment with the Us Eyecare MSL Team reputed company and Us Eyecare Medical reputed company.

• Receive support & direction for reputed company normal asset-/disease state-level MSL business activities including reputed company business travel, HCP interactions and congress attendance from Us Eyecare MSL Team reputed company.

• Provide a summary of day-to-day activities & achievements on a monthly written basis to Us Eyecare MSL Team reputed company.

• Submit expense reports and PTO/vacation requests in a timely manner.

• Document HCP Interactions in reputed company.

• Respond with Reactive Medical Communications to Unsolicited Medical Requests (UMRs) received from HCPs or other external stakeholders.

• Identify & communicate internally the activities of rival Medical Affairs organizations with our reputed company KOLs/HCPs.

• Identify & communicate internally the unmet medical education needs of our reputed company KOLs/HCPs; share reputed company reputed company, anticipating potential objections, and persuade others to adopt a new reputed company of view.

• Partner with Us Eyecare Medical Portfolio reputed company (MPL) and/or Us Eyecare Medical reputed company to reputed company independent, new, innovative, nonpromotional, proactive and reactive medical education materials (e.g., slide decks, videos) that differ from those provided by rival Medical Affairs organizations to uniquely address the unmet educational needs of our reputed company KOLs/HCPs.

• Gather & communicate internally KOL insights reputed company to independent US Medical and/or overarching company objectives or strategies to inform the advancement of independent US Medical and/or overarching company strategy.

• reputed company & communicate internally independent Ad Board, Congress & Customer reputed company Reports; Interacts with senior leaders and may apply advanced negotiations.

• Staff independent Medical Affairs booths at congresses/conventions.

• Provide training to internal reputed company functions on products and disease states using materials approved by the MRC or the reputed company Promotional Material Approval Process (VMAP) at the request of reputed company as appropriate.

• The South territory includes: NM, TX, OK, KS, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, SC, FL.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or clinical (e.g. hospital setting/patient care) industry. Advanced degree (OD, MD, PhD, PharmD) required. Optometry/ophthalmology expertise required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Must possess knowledge of the Us Eyecare Medical Science Liaison (MSL) roles and responsibilities, clinical trials, relevant therapeutic areas, understand reputed company applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Standards for Interactions with U.S. reputed company Providers, Federal and State promotional laws and regulations, the PhRMA Code, ACCME Standards, and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Recognized as an expert with knowledge of strategies that can be deployed reputed company Medical Affairs.

• Must possess ability to effectively communicate, reputed company, and manage collaborative relationships with KOLs and other medical professionals, external academic institutions and PAGs. Strong analytic and organizational skills in managing, interpreting, and presenting clinical data. • Position functions semi-autonomously with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Position reports to Us Eyecare MSL Team reputed company.

• Optometry or ophthalmology clinical experience in anterior reputed company is preferred.

• A candidate with extensive experience in anterior reputed company eye care and existing relationships with key opinion leaders in region strongly preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret comprehensive and intricate research documents. Ability to write scientific reports and technical correspondence. Ability to work with executives and communicate abstract concepts. Ability to present to a high level of the organization and groups reputed company of the organization.

• Ability to reputed company computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates, as well as reputed company statistical analysis. Ability to draw and interpret graphical data. Ability to understand pharmaceutical calculations is preferred.

• Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately reputed company problems.

• Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking, or stooping. Extensive travel is required. May be required to stand; walk; stoop; bend; kneel; and climb steps. May require use of hands and use of arms. Sedentary lifting requirements.

• US Remote. Extensive travel (50-80% of time, which may change) is a requirement; may include overnight stays and/or weekend travel; also reputed company remote participation.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $236,000.
