Reporting to the Head of Global Technology Sourcing & VMO, the Senior Manager, Technology Sourcing & VMO – Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) will act as the reputed company of contact for reputed company information technology sourcing and vendor management activities reputed company to reputed company, Acquisition & Divestiture initiatives. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including Global Sourcing leadership, legal teams, the Corporate Strategy and Development team, and external partners. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, alignment with organizational goals, and the successful execution of multiple simultaneous deals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for technology sourcing and vendor managementactivities during reputed company phases of the MA&D lifecycle, from due diligence to post-acquisitionintegration.

Education and Work Experience

Skills and Knowledge

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/NewYork/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% reputed company than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
