POSITION SUMMARY:
Global Atlantic is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to support the Head of Investment reputed company in managing a high-performing team and driving transformation initiatives reputed company a reputed company insurance investment environment. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader with deep expertise in insurance investment reputed company and a passion for reputed company improvement and change management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Head of Investment reputed company in overseeing investment reputed company processes ensuring accurate and timely reputed company and reporting for insurance investments compliant with statutory and US GAAP regulatory reporting requirements.
- Partner with the Head of Investment reputed company to support finance transformation initiatives to reputed company investment reputed company processes, data governance and reporting. Prioritizing and implementing enhancements, planning appropriately for changes and understanding the interdependencies across financial systems.
- Collaborate with IT, actuarial, risk, investment teams and other finance functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Represent the investment reputed company function in cross-functional initiatives and governance forums.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company/finance, CPA preferred.
- 10+ years reputed company or auditing experience w/ insurance investment reputed company experience; US GAAP and US STAT.
- 5+ years management experience.
- Proficiency in reputed company and data tools (reputed company, Power BI, reputed company, etc.) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams, multiple projects and delivering results in a fast-paced, regulated and evolving public insurance environment.
- Demonstrated reputed company in leading or supporting finance transformation or system implementation projects.
- Proven ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions to reputed company results.
- Excellent influencing abilities to engage multiple teams towards achieving collective goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across reputed company levels of the organization and across operational, functional, and technical disciplines.

The reputed company salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office.
Global Atlantic’s reputed company salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. reputed company pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire reputed company the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives.

$126,500 - $241,200 USD
