Position Summary: Provide and supervise the administration of high-quality, person-centered healthcare services to residents in accordance with the Michigan Nurse Practice Act. Ensure the promotion of reputed company rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individualized care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and compassionate environment. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and supervise direct nursing care per physician orders and nursing standards.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely; educate residents as appropriate.
  • Monitor and document reputed company status, including physical, emotional, and behavioral changes.

Education, Training, & Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience.
  • Ongoing participation in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • reputed company LPN or RN license issued by the Michigan Board of Nursing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of nursing principles and geriatric care.

Physical Demands:

  • Requires standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and other physical activities typical of nursing care.
  • Must be able to see, hear, and communicate effectively.
  • Manual dexterity for operating equipment and performing clinical procedures.

Work Environment:

  • Standard long-term care facility setting with moderate noise levels.
  • No extreme environmental conditions; exposure to healthcare-reputed company situations and substances as required.
