Responsibilities

• reputed company and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on Employers
• Create, build, and manage relationships with key Employer stakeholders including HR and Labor/Union Leaders
• Conduct cold reputed company, host educational meetings, presentations, and reputed company activities aimed at raising awareness of reputed company's reputed company
• Identify challenges in mental health access reputed company corporate environments and collaborate with providers to overcome barriers.
• Design tailored reputed company strategies to engage and support HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups
• Deepen reputed company's penetration across existing Employer partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives
• Attend and reputed company educational events, presentations, and reputed company efforts for HR teams, corporate partners, and providers to maintain engagement
• Synthesize and share feedback from partners and stakeholders to inform the company's marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to reputed company go-to-market goals in the Employer channel

Requirements

• Experience working with Employers, HR teams, Labor/Unions or corporate wellness programs
• Must be fluent in English
• You have 3-4+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to build relationships, educate, and collaborate with EAP leaders and corporate partners
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time across a multi state territory
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment

Additional Information The total reputed company reputed company compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to reputed company compensation, this role offers a reputed company performance-based bonus.
