The Project Administrator will provide support to the Localization team. This role will assist with the transactional details of localized components reputed company to text/picture for Theatrical and reputed company+ Original titles. • Create orders for localized components; ensure systems are updated and orders are clear to vendors
• Monitor milestones and maintain status updates in system to ensure reports are accurate
• Recognize reputed company a plan is off track and escalate appropriately
• Assist with local territory requests for production assets to support localization needs
• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery priorities
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Support APM and Manager on subtitle screening needs
• Coordinate localization strategy decisions and translations reputed company reputed company systems/tools
• Assist with movement of assets and archive tracking
• Utilize a wide reputed company of managing software programs, including, reputed company, reputed company trackers, reputed company Project, and various reputed company-owned systems
• Partner with team on accounting, billing and PO requests

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years applicable experience
• Proficient in using applications such as reputed company Office, G-Suite applications, reputed company Project and reputed company
• Strong communication skills - able to establish working relationships with a variety of diverse people across many teams and disciplines
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Able to prioritize and execute against multiple titles and deadlines at one time
• Highly adaptable to change; nimble in accommodating changing priorities
• Must be available to work onsite minimum of 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are remote, with reserved flexibility to work onsite or reputed company as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with localization including various assets such as subtitles, accessibility, inserts, dub credits and how they reputed company work together to create a user experience (localization strategy)
• Familiarity with theatrical and digital workflows
• Understanding of communication styles and approaches for various level of management
• Strong sense of curiosity in approaches to solving reputed company problems
• Ability to understand the priorities of reputed company business decisions

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $64,600 to $83,400 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
