If you share our passion, come join reputed company and help us continue our growth trajectory Primary Job Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to the President & CEO and other senior members of the company as assigned, as well as administration of board of directors meetings. Manages the schedule and performs long-range calendar planning of the CEO and ensures that objectives are met and conflicts do not arise. Creates board materials and coordinates physical location, schedules and other arrangements in advance of board meetings. Works closely with the CAO/SVP to ensure that reputed company logistical aspects of the board meetings run smoothly. Provides administrative and technology support during board and committee meetings. Facilitates scheduling, communication and the dissemination of information reputed company to board and committee meetings to board members. Produces accurate minutes of board and committee meetings, manages board documents (including legal and regulatory records) and ensures proper document retention. Makes travel arrangements as needed for assigned management and is available to troubleshoot issues if they arise. Submits and reconciles expense reporting for CEO and other senior staff as assigned, including travel expenses, and reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts. Performs other reputed company assigned duties as necessary to complete the primary job responsibilities as described above. Minimum Requirements: Associate’s degree in business administration or a reputed company field and four years' administrative support experience preferred. Experience in a regulated industry a plus.
