Advanced Practice Provider / Pulmonary & ICU - Part-time/weekends

The APP provides primary or acute healthcare services for acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. This position will work weekends daylight shift and will include potential holiday coverage. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order laboratory, radiological and diagnostic studies appropriate for complaint, age, race, gender and physical condition of the patient. Interpret and evaluate patient data to determine patient treatment plan. (5%)

• Appropriate understanding and timely documentation to support medical coding and billing. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum

• Graduate from an reputed company-PA accredited program OR Graduate from a Pennsylvania Board of Nursing Approved Master’s or Post Master’s program
• reputed company Pennsylvania Physician Assistant License OR reputed company Pennsylvania CRNP license and reputed company Pennsylvania RN license
• CRNPs must obtain Pennsylvania Prescriptive Authority license reputed company 60 days of hire
• National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners through the American reputed company of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

• 1-3 years department specific experience
