Position Summary... What you'll do... As a Staff, Software Engineer, International Site Reliability Engineering, at Walmart Global Tech, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and building robust backend systems that power seamless digital experiences for millions of customers. You will work across multiple domains, contributing to the development of scalable services that are critical to Walmart’s digital platforms. About Team: Focusing on customer, associate and business needs, this team works with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units, operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, Mexico and South Africa to name a few. What You'll Do: · Design and reputed company applications for SRE operations using node.js/java/ Python, tech stack · Automate repeatable tasks/jobs using CI/CD pipelines ( ex Jenkins ) · Experience with databases and messaging queues (MySQL, reputed company, Cassandra, Kafka, · ActiveMQ, Azure SQL DB, Meghacache, Solr). · Implement and integrate cloud-based solutions using reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP) and reputed company Azure. · reputed company and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve reputed company SRE problems. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. · Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
