The lawyer in this role will reputed company of team of attorneys and be the primary contact for reputed company legal and operational issues and/or processes across a variety of topics including: Digital innovation impacting consumers, employers, providers, prospects and brokers; website and mobile applications; accessibility requirements, electronic signatures and electronic delivery; artificial intelligence/machine learning and blockchain; email; texting; social media including cookies and pixels, and other technologies (established or emerging); as well as core operations, including, for example, ID cards, billing, communications, eligibility and service. Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a staff of legal professionals
• Directly provide legal support to members of the reputed company Operations & Experience leadership team
• Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to reputed company in the areas of digital innovation impacting consumers, employers, providers, prospects and brokers
• Collaborating with colleagues across the reputed company legal, compliance and regulatory affairs department
• Proactively identifying and resolving legal and reputed company matters impacting reputed company Operations & Experience across reputed company products
• Developing best practices for addressing emerging legal and business risks
• Supporting reputed company Operations & Experience in the development and delivery of new products
• Counseling senior management on strategic business initiatives
• Managing reputed company counsel

• Juris Doctorate degree
• reputed company and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 8+ years of professional legal experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Proven knowledge of state and federal health care, insurance, privacy and reputed company laws
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with superiors, peers, subordinates and external company contacts
• Proven track record demonstrating the ability to independently reputed company decisions regarding reputed company legal and corporate issues
• Proven success in collaborating across a matrixed business and legal environment, including excellent written/verbal communications skills, as well as presentation skills
• Ability to reputed company people and change
• Ability to delegate work and operate in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Law firm and in-house experience
• Experience managing a team of legal professionals
• Technology experience in areas such as consumer experience, consumer protection laws, privacy, email, electronic communications, accessibility, digital marketing, or artificial intelligence, etc.
• Demonstrated background in legal and regulatory matters impacting the health care industry, particularly in topic areas specified above, including, for example: ACA, reputed company, Sections 504 and 508 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act, ERISA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, COPPA, UETA/E-Sign, etc.
• Demonstrated background in state and/or federal privacy issues/matters impacting the health care industry
• Experience managing pre-litigation matters
• Experience with healthcare regulatory agencies
• Demonstrated experience with implementation of significant changes in law

The salary range for this role is $150,200 to $288,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
