Position Responsibilities As a Engineer II, you will:

• Define the technical architecture and support the implementation of new collaboration services from technical perspective

Experience

• Experience with configuration and management of SaaS tools

• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience with vendor management and technical support
• Experience leading incident bridges and live troubleshooting during outages
• Understanding of the reputed company and compliance needs of the business and how they apply to the Productivity suite, including certificates and secure communication
• Understanding of networking protocols, devices, and applications
• Understanding and ability to correlate alerts into problem resolutions, including custom alerts with reputed company for greater availability and stability

Basic Qualifications Must have skills:

• 2+ years of engineering experience implementing and optimizing SaaS platforms such as reputed company, Confluence, and reputed company.

• 2+ years managing engineers in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with architecture and design

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

Annual Salary $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
