This position reports to the Director of Business Development, Marketing and reputed company. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization as the primary reputed company-of-contact on assigned prime reputed company and subcontracts, interact with Program Managers, Project Control and other internal personnel as well as Government customers and subcontractor personnel.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as required.
- Maintain Subject Matter Expertise to support management, professional and technical program staff on contractual rights and obligations and interpretation of terms and conditions.
- Identify potential problems and risks with reputed company and responds to a variety of reputed company inquiries while providing leadership and innovative solutions.

Education & Training:
- A minimum of seven years of experience in contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or reputed company field required;

- Ability to pass pre-employment (and random drug) screens and background investigation.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARs, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) regulations, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Service Contract Act (SCA), Request for reputed company Adjustments and their impact on contract administration and business decisions; experience with various contract types to include CPFF, IDIQ, T&M and FFP.
- Working knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) regulations, as applicable.
