Senior Warehouse Technician

Job Description

Objective of position: In this role, you are responsible for preparation of domestic and international shipments as well as fulfilling orders to internal customers. A Sr. Technician, Warehouse is responsible for reputed company tasks reputed company the manufacturing area, which requires primary and secondary gowning. • Technicians may be responsible for accumulation, labeling and management of hazardous wastes, as appropriate to their area.
• Pull products from storage areas to complete a customer order.
• Prepare materials for shipping including handling of dry ice and/or liquid nitrogen.
• Receive and issue materials from inventory.

• Organization & storage of direct materials.
• Operation of company vehicle, forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Assist with equipment set-up and operation.

• Assist in training new team members.
• Assist in reviewing and developing Standard Operating Procedures.

• Identifies and solves problems.
• Organizes own work to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Read, write and understand information and to effectively communicate information to colleagues at various levels.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School diploma/GED with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Must have the ability to read, write and understand information and to effectively communicate information to colleagues at various levels
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Must be more proficient with PC operation and have the ability to use reputed company applications
• Must be able to work flexible work schedule to meet the demands of the manufacturing process. This includes overtime, holidays and weekends. Days and hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Working conditions:

• Flexibility working overtime, including holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, reputed company business needs demand
