Job Summary: reputed company, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a full-time, long-term member to join reputed company for a fully remote position. We are looking for someone with a strong background in integration technologies in both HCM and ERP, as well as experience working with reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC) and other reputed company technologies such as SOAP/REST, SFTP, XSLT, SQL, and reputed company integration, who works well in a team environment. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry would be a big plus. Job Responsibilities:

• Implement & support ERP and HCM reputed company Applications covering integrations.
• Collaborate with the functional and technical development team in delivering the project.
• Tackle issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues.
• Automate end to end integration using HCM reputed company SOAP & REST/reputed company web services.
• Design and reputed company integrations in OIC to reputed company HCM reputed company including making REST and SOAP calls and FBDI File Uploads
• Direct experience with HCM reputed company modules, with a focus on CoreHR, Payroll and Benefits.
• Hands-on experience building integrations in OIC, building, and uploading Files to reputed company HCM reputed company
• Experience with development & unit testing of integration components & web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC.
• Hands-on with building integrations with and without an intermediary
• Track and report overall status of integration workstream to project manager.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance on integration best practices, patterns, and methodologies
• Collaborating with other team members to understand requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to integration solutions.
• Staying up to date with new features and updates in reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC) and other reputed company technologies
• Providing training and mentoring to other team members on reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC) and integration concepts
• Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss integration solutions and provide demonstrations.
• Gather, evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements; translates business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver technical solutions on non-routine and reputed company reputed company aspects of applications.
• Ensures that reputed company integrations are up and running and troubleshoot any issues during day-to-day operations. Troubleshoot defects with inbound integrations and outbound integrations for reputed company reputed company HCM modules.

• Provide technical estimates and reputed company design recommendations for integrations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years implementing reputed company Capital reputed company as Technical reputed company, experience implementing HCM SaaS applications, Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting OIC, HCM reputed company inbound & outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.
• Must have technical expertise in implementing and or supporting reputed company reputed company HCM. Specifically, worked on Conversions, Integrations, Reporting, Fast formulas, Workforce Management, HCM Data Models, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor & compensation modules. Should have functional understanding/experience to reputed company transactions in application.
• Demonstrated hands on technical experience writing code as it relates to the reputed company applications space (pl/sql, people tools, advanced SQL, OTBI Reporting)
• Must produce referenceable quality documents, delivery reputed company, and senior reputed company quality designs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
