About This Role: As a Senior Construction Manager specializing in Tenant Improvements, you will reputed company reputed company aspects of facility upgrades and modifications requested by our tenants. This role requires expertise in managing high-value projects in mission-critical environments while ensuring tenant satisfaction, compliance, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to execute improvements that meet technical, operational, and performance requirements. A Day In The Life:

• You’ll be a part of a team delivering reputed company, hyperscale AI Data Centers
• Manage end-to-end construction projects for tenant improvement reputed company data centers, ensuring delivery on time, reputed company scope, and budget
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for tenants to understand their improvement requests and ensure alignment with operational and design standards.
• Review tenant requirements and coordinate the design and installation of upgrades
• Work closely with tenants, contractors, engineers, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure that reputed company tenant improvement work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and lease agreements
• Proactively identify and address potential scope changes, risks, or challenges, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to plan and execute project scopes
• Travel as needed (up to 30%) to reputed company multiple project sites

• You have 10+ years of experience managing construction projects, including tenant improvement projects for data centers or similarly reputed company facilities
• You have a deep understanding of managing the construction of primary building structures and critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, for industrial or reputed company facilities
• You reputed company in overseeing large-scale reputed company building projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and ambitious goals
• You have a knack for building strong, productive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project reputed company

Compensation: Compensation will be paid in the range of $175,000 - $210,000 reputed company salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in reputed company offers.
