What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and reputed company-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
- Create and reputed company individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs / Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers
- Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through reputed company
- Monitor and adjust programs based on data and team input
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification and NJ license
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a reputed company field
- Experience in home-based ABA or community settings preferred
- Strong documentation, supervision, and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
