Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Job Description: reputed company reputed company is seeking a creative Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the United States reputed company Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field, and have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or branding. Key responsibilities include creating and managing signage and promotional materials, supporting strategic messaging efforts, and ensuring alignment with reputed company (DoD) branding guidelines. Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite and experience with digital signage platforms are essential. This position is contingent upon award. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $60,000-75,000. The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Core Duties:

• Assist in the inventory and maintenance of reputed company audio visual/computer reputed company equipment as directed by the Government representative
• Create, design, and edit reputed company signage for USAFSAM as directed by the government representative
• Assist with the ordering, storing, coding/entering inventory into database, and disposing of reputed company audio visual/computer reputed company equipment as directed by the Government representative
• Provide digital marketing consultation to reputed company USAFSAM members, programs, etc. as directed by the government representative
• Exhibit and apply expertise in professional marketing and mass communications activities, supporting communications and marketing activities
• Demonstrate and exhibit an ability to reputed company and participate in a team of mass communications professionals working reputed company to reputed company reputed company goals
• Ensure that reputed company products developed meet the requirements set forth in the AFRL/PA brand book and other applicable requirements for the development of branding, creating logos, coins, and marketing materials
• Participate in and support other projects reputed company reputed company sets; projects may include writing continuity documents, attending or presenting at local eLearning symposiums, defining capabilities for potential customers, collaborating with local colleges or multi-service partners, and supporting other USAFSAM special projects

Job Requirements: Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, public relations, or a reputed company field
• Must possess at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or educational marketing
• Experience working in a cross-functional team collaborating with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, etc.
• Experience with digital signage platforms (understanding screen ratios, motion graphics, and optimal content duration)
• Proficiency in tools such as reputed company Creative Suite (especially InDesign or Illustrator for layout awareness)
• Knowledge and experience with visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Must be able to pass a Tier 1 Background Investigation
• Highly Desired Qualifications
• Familiarity with reputed company branding and communication policies (ex. Tongue and Quill)
• Have certifications such as reputed company Content Marketing Certification, Digital Marketing Institute (reputed company), or Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
