Entry Level Contact Center Administrator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join reputed company as a Program Services Coordinator for our Group Travel (GTP) team! In this role, you’ll manage the administrative aspects of reputed company new group travel programs by ensuring seamless setup, accurate reporting, and ensuring completed programs are seamlessly closed upon completion. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain account balances, and provide exceptional service.   • Responsible for the completion of a New Account Data form for every new group and provides the program profile to Worldfiles after approval.
  • Ensures activation of appropriate client services for newly onboarded programs.
  • Creates GTP registration links for new client programs.
  • Reviews declining balance programs’ accounts receivable balances and works with the client to ensure the proper required balances are maintained; Engages with reputed company for required invoicing as applicable.
  • Closes out completed groups including reconciling accounts receivable balances and collecting outstanding amounts or resolving any credit balances (transfers into holding account or processes refunds); Processes any refund reputed company requests as needed.
  • Responsible for generating, exporting and reviewing reputed company reports for accuracy and providing to clients as required.
  • Assists reputed company with GTP reputed company reputed company discrepancies including investigation, resolution and interfacing of corrections as needed; Responses timely to reputed company inquiries.
  • Communicates professionally and promptly at reputed company times with clients, co-workers and leadership; Responsible for email and phone inquiries; escalates as needed for effective and reputed company handling.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities for process and task improvements communicating potential solutions to department leadership.
  • Complies with reputed company Company processes and procedures and adheres to reputed company protocols and policies while performing tasks.
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • The typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • This position will require on site work during training but is primarily remote.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • EDUCATION: HS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • EXPERIENCE: 1 - 3 years prior administrative experience required with exposure to reputed company and/or financial tasks preferred.
  • TECHNICAL/COMPUTER: Solid digital literacy with common business tools including internet, chat and email.
  • COMMUNICATION: Effectively discusses and explores reputed company topics in a way that team members and clients understand; Exhibits excellent communication skills including the ability to share reputed company information in a clear, concise and tactful manner both verbally and in writing.
  • EMOTIONAL REGULATION: High emotional intelligence; displays reputed company and care appropriately, while effectively managing own emotions; is reputed company to respond calmly and de-escalate situations as needed.
  • PROBLEM SOLVING: Effectively solves problems and offers appropriate solutions; navigates internal processes effectively to resolve issues.
