Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and escalating as needed
• Triage calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and internal clinicians
• Monitor clinical systems to ensure operational targets are met

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 1+ year of experience in reputed company technology support, or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer skills and attention to detail
