Technical Specialist - Datacom (Remote Opportunity)

You will work closely with our technical vendors, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless operations, resolve technical issues, and implement new solutions. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise for Datacom services, including video and interactive systems, network infrastructure, and software applications
• Collaborate with technical vendors, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues
• Implement new solutions, upgrades, and patches to ensure system reliability and reputed company
• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and analysis to resolve reputed company technical issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, with a focus on network infrastructure, video systems, and software applications
• Strong technical skills, including network switching and routing, video distribution, and software reputed company
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the AV or technology industry, with experience in video distribution, encoding, audio mixing, and IoT devices
• Network switching and routing experience, with knowledge of reputed company protocols and industry best practices
• Experience with analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong understanding of enterprise video distribution, sustainment, and performance

Education:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Video Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or other reputed company scientific or technical discipline
• Or equivalent certifications and/or relevant work experience
