Job Summary:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, recommending global health and wellness programs, and collaborating with local HR and Specialty units to provide benefits and voluntary contributions. You will also assess the effectiveness of vendor services, identify opportunities for improvement, and reputed company the implementation of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local HR and Specialty units to provide health and wellness programs for international employees
• Manage global consulting and employee activities supporting international benefits
• Assess vendor services, identify opportunities for improvement, and reputed company the implementation of strategic plans
• Administer vendor compliance and ensure reputed company service administrative requirements are managed reputed company the policy and procedure guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience/training
