Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and execute new program launch strategies and ongoing growth optimization plans for a portfolio of mid-market merchants
• reputed company growth and merchant relationship management, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity and drive business expansion
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal and external executive leadership, presenting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Analytics, and Marketing, to support merchant growth and drive adoption of new product features
• Manage promotional strategy and marketing development budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI
• Author long-term business plans, thinking strategically about optimization and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic startup environment, owning customer relationships and driving growth
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across reputed company organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in project and program management, and a deep understanding of value drivers in reputed company share business models
• Experience collaborating with C-Level executives, both internally and externally, and a talent for breaking down reputed company problems into actionable plans
• Familiarity with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics reporting tools (Tableau, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SFRA, etc.) is a plus
