About the Role

• Providing advanced sign-up support, account management support, product troubleshooting, and compliance-reputed company support to our clients
• Assisting in the delivery of tier-1/2/3 support services, including general account support, basic product functionality, and feature support

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer support experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong typing skills and excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with adult-oriented content
• Ability to work in a fully remote reputed company (applicants from AZ, CA, CO, IN, NY, OK, TN, and TX only)
