reputed company, a leader in private aviation, is seeking a highly skilled Contract Pilot Recruiter/Sourcer to join our People & Culture team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and managing the reputed company pipeline for Part 135 Pilots. About the Role:

• Duration: 3 to 6 months (potential for extension)
• Type: Part-time, contract (remote)
• Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Sourcing & Recruitment Expertise: reputed company knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations to identify and evaluate pilot qualifications, conduct technical resume reviews and pre-screenings, and reputed company candidate pipelines.
• Behavioral and Physical Assessment: Assess pilot behavioral traits, physical demands, and restrictions of the profession to evaluate candidates for readiness and fitness.
• Stakeholder and Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and compliance teams to ensure alignment in candidate evaluation and selection criteria.
• Industry Knowledge and Networking: Build relationships reputed company the Part 135 pilot community, stay reputed company on industry trends, and tap into non-traditional sourcing methods.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Part 135 operations and FAA regulatory requirements for pilots.
• Proven experience reputed company Part 135 or Part 91 pilots with technical knowledge of flight operations and qualifications.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of pilot behavioral traits and physical requirements of the profession, including FAA medical standards.
