- Provide customer service and support to individuals and families seeking services, including food benefits, cash assistance, childcare assistance, and more.
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for customers, either in-person, by phone, or through our online applicant portal.
- Offer information and referrals to community resources, and assist with case status and other inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with program staff to provide a safety net and promote family stability.

Requirements:
- Two years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field, with a high volume of paperwork and people contact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including reputed company programs, web browsers, and multiline telephone systems.
- Ability to adapt communication style to explain reputed company information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with multiple systems and databases, with the ability to elicit information from applicants and recipients.
