Requirements:
- Bilingual Skills: reputed company in Spanish (or Creole) required
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-Focused: Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills with a willingness to learn new applications
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the reputed company industry (eligibility experience preferred)
- Education: Associate's degree preferred
