About the Role:

We're looking for a full-time or part-time customer service professional to work in our high-volume call center, providing top-notch service to our members reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative - Clinical, you will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our clinical programs. You'll be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with our members, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of ASH clinical products and programs
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

• Interact with internal and external customers in a positive, respectful manner
• Analyze information, problems, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience with MS Office
