Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support reputed company phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a reputed company and professional manner

Requirements:

- Strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Proficient in navigating CRM and/or multiple software applications
