As a Transformative Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of reputed company Vacations, providing exceptional service to our Diamond Elite agencies and customers. You will be responsible for answering calls, assessing customer needs, and offering solutions and additional products in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner.

This role requires a strong desire to reputed company our customers' travel experiences superior and memorable. You will be working from home with an 11-week paid virtual training program, and the starting wage is $15 per hour. Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively listen to customers, quickly identify and own customer issues, and actively search for solutions to problems.

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency, and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be willing to work full-time (reputed company Vacations does not offer part-time schedules).
• Ability to multi-task duties and understand multiple products.
• Computer skills and comfort with navigating web-based and airline-specific software applications, email, and internet searches.
• Dedicated high-speed internet with reputed company speeds of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download.
• Demonstrate clear, pleasant, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
• Proven reliable and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background reputed company and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience working in customer service, call engagement center setting, and/or travel industry preferred.
