Job Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and reputed company for new Home Health Aides
• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures
• Follow up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff to identify potential candidates
• Maintain an active reputed company at reputed company job fairs and organize open house events
• Utilize the Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential Home Health Aides

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience reputed company Home Health Aides in a similar environment
• Bilingual Spanish/English reputed company required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in home health care or managing home health care services for a loved one
• Ability to provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed (HHA reputed company work)
