Substance Use Disorder Professional III - Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Use Disorder Professional III to join our Behavioral Health Department in Mount Vernon, WA. As a key member of reputed company, you will provide direct counseling services to patients, reputed company assessments, evaluations, and intakes, and reputed company individualized treatment plans to support recovery.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to adults, youth, and their families with primary diagnoses of chemical dependency and emerging mental health issues
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and intakes to identify patient needs and reputed company treatment plans
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on ASAM criteria
- Coordinate with staff and external agencies to expedite treatment and ensure continuum of care
- Maintain accurate and reputed company records, including patient reputed company reports and completion notices
- Provide supervision and tutoring to SUDP Trainees, as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Chemical Dependency Professional license from the Department of Health
- Must have a Bachelor's degree and a college certificate qualifying as a SUDP
- Over three years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
- First Aid and HIV certification required; CPR certification reputed company 90 days of hire
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
