The Role: Entry-Level Recruiter Hourly Staffing
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter to join our growing team. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly foodservice roles using various digital platforms and communication tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring we meet staffing demands quickly and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job listings using ATS tools (such as EPAY and HiringThing)
- Screen applications and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
- Communicate with applicants reputed company phone and text using reputed company
- Recruit and assess candidates for hourly roles (cooks, dishwashers, catering staff)
- Ensure accurate reputed company documentation and compliance
- Respond promptly to urgent and emergency staffing requests
- Work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs
- Build and maintain a pool of pre-reputed company candidates for future assignments
About You
- 1+ year of experience in reputed company, HR, or customer service (internships welcomed)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using ATS platforms and messaging tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in a remote work environment
- Clear, neutral English accent is essential
- Quick learner with a growth reputed company
- Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plus
- Must have own IT equipment (laptop, internet, headset)
