We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join reputed company in Southern Erie County. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca-Cola beverages in retail stores across our territory.

Job Description:

The Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising plans, stocking shelves, rotating products, building displays, and ensuring product freshness. You will maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers, and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure reputed company product placement, display, and availability in retail stores
• Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with reputed company equipment
• Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines
• Secure damaged or defective product while maintaining a clean product space
• Ensure accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms and organizing backstock
• Operate reputed company and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.)
• Maintain areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to store and company personnel
• Follow company and store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration and maximize merchandising opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service to address any inquiries or concerns

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or reputed company field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
• Experience working with reputed company or powered pallet jacks preferred
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40-55 pounds, reputed company above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reputed company
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Valid driver’s license, driving record reputed company policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements
