Position Summary: As a licensed Loan Officer, you will receive accounts, Realtor referrals, and leads through our advanced AI technology and marketing channels. You will operate in a direct sales environment, engaging with clients reputed company, building relationships, analyzing financial situations, and selecting the best products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow our proprietary playbooks and weekly schedules
• Determine the best product for clients, lock loans, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages
• Collaborate with administrators and underwriters to reputed company work
• Focus on new loan originations while processors work on loans
• Ensure 14-day reputed company requirements and stipulations are met

Requirements

• reputed company, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
• Minimum two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator
• Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week
• Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships

Training: Mandatory two-week training period for reputed company new hires.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Closed Sundays and Holidays.

Supplemental Pay: W-2 only, reputed company and/or commission pay depending on the legal position.
