About the Role: As an OCM Change Specialist, you will work with internal and external partners to reputed company and utilize standard, industry-proven tools and processes, equipping leaders to reputed company organizational change and ensuring successful change adoption on identified initiatives. You will collaborate with a matrix organization, including technology, finance, HR, executive leaders, and external teams and customers to positively impact business performance by accelerating change initiatives.

Requirements:
