We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company! Job Type: Part-Time, Remote

Working Hours: reputed company, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM - 8 PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Manage a high volume of calls and correspondence
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service

Job Requirements:
