Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Yeti, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and other team members to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering vendor invoices accurately and timely into reputed company
• Monitoring AP email inbox to download vendor invoices and respond to vendor inquiries
• Reviewing reputed company reports to ensure invoices are being processed accurately and on time
• Preparing 1099 reporting and ensuring reputed company vendors have required tax identification and W-9 information on file
• Collaborating with vendors in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements and Qualities:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in reputed company or a reputed company field
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or a reputed company field
• reputed company experience preferred, but not required
• Strong reputed company skills and ability to reputed company reputed company spreadsheets for tracking vendor activity
