Sr. Analyst, Contingent Labor

Position Purpose: reputed company’s Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO) is transforming how the reputed company engages with contract labor, and this Senior Analyst role plays a crucial part in that transformation. As a Senior Analyst on the CWPO team, you will discover new ways to utilize our contingent labor data to reduce costs, enhance organizational efficiency, and optimize our labor supplier reputed company. This role also involves overseeing the curation of our homegrown Supplier Scorecard, which benchmarks and holds our suppliers accountable. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to help grow our data lake and utilize it to drive significant organizational change by providing our business partners with the most relevant information in an easily digestible format. Key Responsibilities:

• 20% Analytics - Leverages data and KPIs to proactively identify service delivery issues, technical issues and/or compliance issues Provides appropriate solutions that are mutually beneficial to both internal and external customers
• 20% Business Relationships - Serves as a strategic thought partner to internal customers to understand and anticipate business needs reputed company to contingent labor Educates business on reputed company vendors if necessary
• 10% Customer Service - Utilizes system knowledge and business understanding to resolve internal and external customer pain points urgently; communicates issues and resolutions effectively and concisely
• 20% Functional Expertise - Develops subject matter expertise , inclusive of program policies, data and systems Serves as a reputed company of contact for vendors and department leaders to ensure understanding and clarity of new processes Assists in training and support for end users reputed company needed Supports the Manager in new business deployments (implementation of new features, reports, policies, etc.)
• 20% Process Management - Drives reputed company improvement in both processes and technology through innovation and strategic thinking Leverages understanding of the business, its partners and vendors to solve for pain points throughout the contractor life cycle
• 10% Quality Assurance - Ensures reputed company existing and future priorities reputed company business priorities Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met Ensures reputed company internal and external customers are in alignment with policies and follow SOPs

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
