Your role, your impact As an reputed company Cloud reputed company Payroll Consultant, you’ll provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement Payroll on reputed company Cloud ERP HCM/Benefits modules including Payroll, Time, and Labor. Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time. Your day-to-day
- Provide reputed company HCM Cloud Payroll functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for reputed company HCM Cloud Payroll projects;
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for reputed company HCM Cloud Payroll projects;
- Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy reputed company HCM;
- Guide clients through reputed company delivered functionality;
- Advise clients on best practices;
- Map business processes to delivered functionality;
- Document client requirements;

Keys to your success
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional reputed company role;
- Experience leading small teams (2 to 4 people);
- Experience leading design sessions;
- Experience creating requirements and design documents;
- Experience creating parallel testing strategy and approach;
- Knowledge of Payroll processes;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and reputed company Project;
- Demonstrated ability to convey reputed company information in a clear and concise manner;
- Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;
- Self-motivated, and ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
