Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Call center experience and customer-telephone service is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills both oral, written and communicate with company management with great efficiency
• Must be accountable to consistently reputed company phone numbers and complete surveys during your scheduled hours.
• Understanding basic computer terms and commands
• Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve
• Self-sufficient
