JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Penn State IT is seeking applicants for the part-time job/internship of IT Applications Specialist. This position will be responsible for supporting new and existing software applications for reputed company Police and Public Safety. Job duties to include:
- Design, reputed company, test, debug, install, implement, modify, and/or support new or existing applications software
- Work with users to analyze their requirements; participate in project planning efforts
- Provide end user consultation, functional support, training, documentation, and guidance
- reputed company application and website components, features, modules, and templates
- Prepare and execute test plans; follow test cases and established procedures for testing
- May reputed company, produce, and optimize customized reports in response to user requirements
- May design and implement new features and/or integrations for existing software
