Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Online Health Challenge Leaders to reputed company and guide our Challenge Leaders Program in providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for potential clients. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, a love for working with people, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. This role is essential in ensuring that reputed company activities run smoothly while helping potential clients learn more about Demlition Transformation’s training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and reputed company a team of clients in daily health reputed company activities and challenges.
• Plan, organize, and implement engaging activities that cater to the interests and developmental needs of clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of reputed company participants by maintaining a secure environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding reputed company and any concerns.
• Assist in training new clients on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program evaluations.
• Help prospect clients sign up for online training programs and earn commissions.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and client prospects.

Preferences

• 2 years of minimum Personal Training experience (online training a plus!)
• Bachelor's Degree

• Fast learning with online applications (we use the Everfit app for our training programs and Ring4 applications for our communications) *optional tools, you can use your own as well!
