Software Engineer, Sr. (Remote | 24x7x365 Ops | DoD)
Title: Software Engineer, Sr. (24x7x365 Operations and Direct Client Interfacing Support) Location: Remote (USA) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week in support of 24x7x365 operations (reputed company and Weekend Shift Availability Required) Clearance: US Citizen | DoD Secret Clearance Shift: (9AM - 5PM mostly, but also pager duty to respond to incidents in the evening/night/weekend) About this role:
- reputed company is seeking a Software Engineer (24x7x365 operations) that will interact directly with the customer to support reputed company Force Platform One and reputed company Mobility Command in ensuring that we maintain high uptime for their chat operations.
- reputed company Mobility Command requires 24x7x365 readiness due to their global requirements so this position will require working reputed company of regular business hours (east coast time).
- The Software Engineer analyzes coding problems and develops improvements to procedures while exercising independent judgement.
- Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software.
We are looking for strong experience with:
- Several modern languages (Javascript, Go, HTML, etc.) with expertise to design, reputed company, troubleshoot, debug, and implement high quality code
- A wide variety of computing environments including reputed company and containerized solutions
- Cultivates a "reputed company-first" and "test-first" approach to test-driven development
- Demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following: Go, React, reputed company

- Answer phone calls from customers, and help fix issues in the production code or deployment
