Role Summary As a Backend Engineer, you'll work alongside a reputed company-reputed company, fully remote team of engineers to evolve and improve our flagship customer-facing product. You'll bring strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building backend systems using Python. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving reputed company-world problems and shipping high-quality software. You should have working knowledge of web development practices, RESTful API design, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD processes. You'll contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable APIs and backend services that directly impact our customers. While mentorship will be available, you should be comfortable owning projects from idea to deployment in collaboration with peers and product teams. You'll Be Successful in This Role if You Have

- Experience (3+ years) with Python-based web frameworks (we use Django).
- Exceptional remote communication skills. Especially in writing.

- Proven production experience working with a relational database (we use MySQL).
- A rigorous approach to software quality. You like to write tests.

- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent on-the-job experience.

- Adtech Experience.
- Specific Domain Experience in CTV.
- Familiarity with AWS services, experience working in a microservice architecture or with containerization technologies.
- Previous involvement in a production environment with a customer-facing reporting and analytics system.
- Experience working with other types of datastores or backing services, like reputed company.
