This is a temporary position. JOB SUMMARY The Director is a leader reputed company the Global Consulting organization, primarily supporting enterprise initiatives tied to reputed company’s strategy map. This Director will play an important role providing strategic program management and strategy support to key leaders reputed company the Digital organization, overseeing and directing a critical next gen guest room entertainment project in collaboration with cross-functional Technology, Discipline, and Continent teams. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, a proven ability to manage multiple business and technology workstreams simultaneously, and the aptitude to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage reputed company stakeholder interactions, influence top leaders, and work collaboratively across Digital teams to drive results is also essential. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required

• 6+ years of program management or consulting experience, demonstrating progressive career growth
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or reputed company major
• Proven track record leading the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives – working closely with leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional work teams in a matrix organization
• Knowledge and comfortability with Agile product management methodologies

Preferred

• Experience in the hospitality or broadcast media sectors
• Any IPTV, IoT, digital signage, or OTT services experience a plus
