Virtual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed in Oklahoma) - Short Term Therapy

Role reputed company is seeking a Master’s Level Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, etc.) to provide short term therapy reputed company virtual session. In this role, the counselor will:
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriateness of the model of care

- Deliver solution-focused brief care (avg 3-5 sessions)
- Activate referrals for in-network providers for longer-term care or specialized care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' presenting concerns, reputed company targeted treatment plans, and, as indicated, facilitate referrals to higher-level of care or community resources reputed company clinically appropriate.

Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)

- Preference for experience in an EAP or other brief counseling model of care
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on customer service
