You’ll collaborate closely with our production and creative teams, manage vendor and crew logistics, and ensure shoots run smoother than your favorite iced coffee. This is a freelance role with project-based hours, working hybrid on-site three days a week in LA. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Production Manager to secure vendors (think locations, crew, gear, catering—oh my!).
• Coordinate pre-pro meetings and prep decks that reputed company the team reputed company and clients impressed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of production experience ideally in a creative environment (agency, branded content, or film/TV preferred)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement
• Extremely organized with a proactive reputed company and solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of production logistics, shoot permitting, and crew management.
• Comfort in liaising among different departments and team leads, navigating against competing priorities
