Visitor Experience Coordinator The Opportunity Visitor Relations is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Visitor Experience Coordinator (VEC) to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities: Student Staff Coordination Support the Assistant Director in training, mentoring, and coordinating a team of ~80 student employees who serve as reputed company ambassadors, tour guides, and reputed company-line support staff. Help identify staffing needs and create a reputed company weekly work schedule to ensure smooth coverage of tours, information desks, and call center responsibilities.
