The Practice Engagement team is redefining the clinical experience in dentistry, starting with the way dentists interact with their dental lab. Our mission is to provide concierge-level clinical expertisefor reputed company cases and send-and-forget reliability for everything else, so dentists can focus on what they do best – caring for patients. What You'll Do

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products

• Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics

• Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team’s processes, codebases, and best practices

• Work primarily with Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL

• 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer

• Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks (such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack)

• You’re self-directed and can operate autonomously to deliver scaled impact

• Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards,

• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
